Roy Dawson Earth Angel Master Magical Healer Talks About Leaders and How We Should Teach Our Children
In the pursuit of raising leaders worthy of guiding this world, we must first remember that a leader is not just one who stands tall, but one who understands deeply feels deeply and acts with empathy, humility, and a relentless commitment to the good of others. It is a tragic failure of our society when we forget that leadership is born not of strength alone, but of character, and that character begins in the heart, not the mind.
Our children are the seeds of tomorrow, and it is in the soil of their education that we must plant the virtues of empathy, loyalty, faith, and a deep sense of duty. We are too often consumed with teaching them the "how" of life, the steps to make a living, to secure wealth, and to achieve personal success. But we have forgotten to teach them the "why"—the reasons behind their choices, the importance of kindness, of standing firm in one’s faith, and of showing mercy where others may not. If we are to raise better leaders, we must begin by teaching our children to make choices based not on expediency, but on wisdom.
A child who understands the power of mercy and the value of forgiveness will grow into an adult who does not seek to punish but to redeem. A leader who understands the healing power of empathy and love will not tear others down in their pursuit of success but will lift them up, recognizing that the strength of any society lies in the shared bond of human experience. We must teach them that salvation, in its truest form, is not about religious doctrine or earthly rewards, but about the restoration of dignity, the preservation of hope, and the courage to make amends where there have been wrongs.
The mind, it is often said, is the battleground of life. If we are to lower the cost of healthcare, to give people the opportunity for a healthy, joyful, and prosperous life, we must first tend to the heart of the matter. The mind, when it is sick, breeds sorrow and despair; but when it is healed, it breeds resilience, happiness, and peace. We must teach our children not just how to memorize facts or perform tasks, but how to care for their minds, how to clear their thoughts, how to find peace in the midst of chaos. The way to health is through understanding, through empathy, and through a commitment to the well-being of others.
Loyalty, truth, faith—these are the pillars upon which great leadership rests. A child who grows up understanding the importance of these virtues will carry them through every storm. Loyalty not to the self, but to something greater—whether it is a cause, a community, or a family Truth that is not just factual but founded in justice, that which aligns with the deepest moral compass of a person. Faith is not just in God or a higher power, but faith in humanity, in the goodness that exists in the world despite its flaws.
And so we must teach our children not only the practical skills of life—though these are important—but also the deeper, spiritual truths that will guide them when times get tough. They must learn the value of sacrifice, the strength found in vulnerability, and the joy that comes from a life of service to others. They must understand that leadership is not the act of standing above, but of standing beside, of lifting others as you climb.
For those who lead with love, for those who lead with empathy, the world becomes a place of healing, redemption, and peace. And if we are to leave a legacy worth telling, it will be one where our children are not only successful in the worldly sense but are also rich in spirit, in compassion, and in wisdom. The greatest success is not the accumulation of wealth or power, but the creation of a society where kindness, understanding, and love are the true measures of a person’s worth.
It is upon this foundation that we must build the future. It is upon this bedrock of faith, loyalty, and empathy that we must teach our children to lead. It is not too late to change the course of our education system. It is not too late to teach them the values that will make them better leaders, better people, and better stewards of the world they will inherit.
If we do this, we will have succeeded in giving them the greatest gift of all—the ability to live a life of joy, of health, of peace. And in that, we will have healed not check here only the mind but the very soul of mankind.
